Nigel and Debbie Ratcliffe established Central Choice Foods, a Tasmanian owned and operated Food Wholesaler and Distribution Company, in February 2007.
Nigel and Debbie built a new state of the art warehouse and distribution facility in 2009 located near the Launceston Airport which they are extremely proud of, this enabled Central Choice Foods to expand and grow even further.
The Company name is Ratcliffe Investment Trust trading under the name Central Choice Foods and is based in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia and supply a large range of dry, chilled and frozen products throughout the retail and food service divisions covering Northern Tasmania and the East and West Coast regions (within the 063 and 064 telephone area codes).
We are committed to providing the food industry with a professional and friendly service with products of the highest quality. Some of our recognised Brand names include: Primo Smallgoods, Pronto e Fresco and Boscastle Pies.
Central Choice Foods has adopted quality assurance systems and is HACCP accredited.
